This dream began many years ago as a young teenager.  At the time I thought it was just a dream that would never happen.  That dream has lived on and is a God-given dream. Everyone deserves a family, a place to call home.  When young men ages out of foster care they are often left with no place to call home.  Some do return to their family of origin but sadly the majority are left to themselves with no family or support system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Transition Hope our dream is to be an extended family for these young men.  It will be a place that they can call home while they live there.  It is a place that they can reach out to after they have moved out on their own.  It will be a place to celebrate holidays and birthdays.  It is a place where we laugh together and cry together.  It is a place called family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transitional Housing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"208\" src=\"https:\/\/www.transitionhope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/house-768707_640-300x208.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-42\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.transitionhope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/house-768707_640-300x208.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.transitionhope.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/house-768707_640.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Our dream is to provide transitional housing for young men aging out of the foster care system.
